Understanding the versatility of cab & chassis trucks
A cab and chassis also known as a chassis cab or half truck is a commercial medium duty truck tractor with a bare frame. The truck can then be customized with additional components to suit your needs. Think of it as a pick-up truck without a bed but includes the capability to add your own component on the back. Unlike pick-up trucks, most cab & chassis trucks are designed in mind with a strict utility purpose.
Types of bodies for cab & chassis trucks
Depending on the type or manufacturer of the cab chassis, there's a variety of components and addons for a truck chassis.
